LAUNCH OF LUMI
Opened in a prime location within Pacific Place in 2018, LUMI was a new borderless restaurant concept by renowned Japanese Chef Kihachi Kumagai from Tokyo. We helped position LUMI as the culmination of Chef’s five-decade-long culinary journey, and assisted with the official launch. To generate noise and build momentum for the anticipated opening, we did media pitching and arranged Chef interviews for coverage. |
THE OCEAN BY OLIVIER BELLIN
Restaurant group Le Comptoir was one of our first and most memorable clients. We took care of their public relations and marketing for over 2 years. We helped in the rebranding and re-launch of their French fine dining restaurant The Ocean by Olivier Bellin in Repulse Bay. We worked closely with their team and chef Olivier, an outstanding talent who was amiable with diners and the media alike. We were all delighted when The Ocean was awarded a Michelin star and a place in SCMP’s 100 Top Tables after the relaunch that year. In the first quarter of 2018, Le Comptoir opened Ecriture, at H Queen’s in Central. We contributed in the launch of the restaurant with strategic PR positioning and seamless implementation. It was an inspiring 10-month journey as chef Maxime Gilbert took French fine dining to new heights, earning two Michelin stars that year. We thoroughly enjoyed our journey with Le Comptoir, and we wish them even more success in the future. |

STAR HOUSE JADE GARDEN
We assisted with the brand revamp of Star House Jade Garden, a pioneer in refined Chinese cuisine with Westernized service and finesse. We adopted a story-telling approach to re-introduce Jade Garden’s brand story and concept. Creatively crafted angles presented through press release, videography, and photography content, we helped revive the brand with an emotional narrative. |
