In 2012, renowned Chef Alain Ducasse and Chef Dong Zhenxiang had their first culinary encounter in Paris. 13 years later, on October 8 and 9, we were honoured to be part of this meaningful project as these two culinary legends reunited at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, treating connoisseurs to a delectable dining journey.
In collaboration with City of Dreams, a valued client with whom we have had the pleasure of working on several projects, we curated a bespoke guest journey that paid tribute to the spirit of French elegance and Chinese refinement. From the warm French welcome featuring Dom Pérignon champagne to the candlelit entrance tunnel, ingredient showcase, live cello performances, bamboo-inspired menus and interactive dining moments, every detail was meticulously crafted to elevate the senses and honour this exceptional occasion.
The evening was further enriched by a series of thoughtfully curated artistic touches. An original a cappella performance, custom-designed napkins adorned with exclusive motifs, and hand-drawn silhouettes created for each guest added a tactile and deeply personal sense of memory.
We are grateful for the trust placed in us, and proud to have supported this remarkable event — one that will be remembered not only for its flavours, but for its spirit of reunion, refinement, and artistry.
