The former Shaw Studios at Clearwater Bay, often referred to as the "Hollywood of the East", is welcoming an exciting new chapter.
We were honoured to develop and manage the groundbreaking ceremony for Fosun on this historic site end-to-end. Our team worked tirelessly to transform the location, overcoming challenging weather conditions to erect a magnificent 6-meter-high, 5,000 sq. ft. grand marquee. Every detail of the bespoke structure was refined to reflect the luxury, heritage, and vision of the landmark residential and commercial project that will soon stand here.
