On historic Hollywood Road comes a new addition to Central’s dining scene – KONTRASTO, an embodiment of Italian epicurean finesse and a culmination of Italian-born chef Fabiano Palombini’s breadth of leadership experience honing his skills at celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, North America and Asia. We were honoured to manage the strategic media publicity and social influencer relations for the restaurant launch, to put the restaurant at the hot spot among local and reginal food media, bloggers and critics.
