Successful Story-telling and Publicity Management for Nove's Launch

Nove, a restaurant offering traditional dim sum with a creative twist and Chiu Chow-style marinated delicacies, brings new life to traditional Chinese cuisine in the Central’s dining scene. We were proud to assist Nove with their launch at Li Yuen Street East, Central. Our responsibilities included curating the brand story, managing PR and media publicity, and engaging food bloggers, KOLs and food critics. Additionally, we managed the restaurant's social media platforms by curating the content strategy, developing visuals and creative captions. As part of our social media strategy, we set up the restaurant's first Xiaohongshu account to reach out to mainland Chinese diners. Our efforts generated extensive media coverage worth HKD10M, showcasing Nove's unique offerings and revitalised approach to traditional Chinese cuisine.
