Located on the 101st floor of the International Commerce Centre (ICC) in West Kowloon, Radical Chic aimed at delighting Hong Kong gastronomes with its progressive and creative approach to Italian flavours from its breathtaking sky-high setting. We adopted a PR strategy to highlight these unique features offered by the restaurant to promote this spot to local and regional dailies, weeklies, online media platforms, feature and lifestyle editors, as well as influential food bloggers, Instagrammers, food critics as well as celebrities.
