Event and hospitality management for valued guests, and live streaming arrangements
The Sun Life Stanley International Dragon Boat Championship 2024 has received significant attention and praise from the local community. We are privileged to have played a key role in event management, providing top-tier hospitality and services for around 500 esteemed guests and participants representing Sun Life.
In our VIP Lounge, we established a dedicated live-streaming area, enabling Sun Life's guests to actively engage with the exhilarating dragon boat races. Furthermore, our VIP attendees enjoyed a diverse selection of refreshments, including gourmet popcorn and traditional egg waffles. To meet the needs of the competing teams, we ensured a consistent provision of chilled water, popsicles, and energy drinks within the Paddler Lounge.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we partnered with the esteemed local environmental organisation The Green Earth as our recycling ally. This collaboration resulted in the placement of five strategically located recycling stations and two complimentary water stations across the event venue. These initiatives not only promoted a circular economy but also significantly contributed to waste reduction efforts.

Expanded coverage of Sun Life’s success to Mainland China
To celebrate Sun Life HK’s 131 years in Hong Kong, Sun Life played an enchanting drone show above Victoria Harbour. This remarkable display showcased Sun Life's enduring commitment over the past 131 years to providing lifelong financial security and promoting a healthy lifestyle for its clients.
We played a part in promoting their drone show through media management, influencer invitation, and KOL engagement management. We have chosen Xiaohongshu as our primary media platform among numerous social media platforms, to connect with users in mainland China closely. We have collaborated with 13 different types of influencers from the Hong Kong region, including career, lifestyle, and food industries, aiming to cover potential users at various levels. To ensure seamless integration, we have strategically combined our promotional content with Christmas decorations, capitalizing on the popularity and discussions surrounding Christmas to promote drone performances by Sun Life. The project achieved excellent promotional effects as a result.

We worked with Sun Life HK to organise an exclusive media afternoon tea session. We lined up Castellana as the idyllic setting, crafting an inviting atmosphere for the media to convene over a white truffle afternoon tea. Sun Life HK's leadership - Clement Lam (CEO), Rainbow Pan (General Manager) and Irene Ho (CMO) - had the opportunity to share Sun Life’s business updates, and the remarkable results they have achieved.
