Celebrated food critic Susan Jung, together with Ami's executive chef Nicolas Boutin and chef de cuisine Lea Cantalloube, joined forces to curate an exclusive, limited-time 6-hand menu. The culinary journey incorporated unexpected flavours and cross-cultural influences, pushing the Chefs’ creative boundaries to new heights that impressed food connoisseurs.

ÉPURE is delighted to celebrate its 10th anniversary with the unveiling of an enchanting refresh of its alfresco terrace, The Blooms by ÉPURE. The terrace now exudes elegance through a harmonious blend of vibrant colours and an idyllic setting which offers an ideal vantage point to capture mesmerising vistas of Victoria Harbour while indulging in their newly curated afternoon tea set.
We managed strategic media publicity, and social media marketing on Instagram and Xiaohongshu for the launch, positioning the restaurant as a prominent destination for local, mainland China, and regional food media, bloggers, critics and epicureans.
