1. Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director +

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director and assist with various teams within our dynamic marketing agency. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day schedule, overseeing clients' events logistics, and providing administrative support. Roles & Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and various teams within the marketing agency
• Coordinate logistics for clients' events, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
• Handle office administration tasks, including managing supplies, organising files, and coordinating office maintenance
• Assist with day-to-day correspondence with vendors and clients, scheduling meetings, and managing related logistical arrangements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or events management environment
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Solid experience gained from agencies is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Qualifications

• Good command of English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully supporting senior-level executives and managing complex schedules
• Familiarity with event logistics and coordination is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative when required
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

2. Marketing Communications Executive +

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Communications Executive to take part in a wide variety of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in a full lifecycle of integrated communications projects, both online and offline, for a wide range of clients from F&B, property, financial institutions, art & culture and tech industries
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic marketing communications plan to meet clients’ objectives and achieve targets (online and offline channels)
• Identify unique media angles and USPs for assigned projects to maximise on-line/off-line publicity
• Develop press releases and factsheets, etc. and be responsible for media sell-ins, pitching, and social influencers selection and engagement
